These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Legacy Center platform at legacy-center-hub.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of their students.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

Class enrollments, tuition, fees, and refund policies are set by the participating vendors and Legacy Center. By enrolling in a class, you agree to the applicable payment terms. Billing disputes should be directed to the Help Desk.
The Service may offer integrations such as Google Classroom. Connecting a third-party account is optional and governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for what you authorize and can disconnect at any time.
The Service, including its design and software, is owned by Legacy Center and its licensors. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the license needed to display and process it within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
