What this does

This tool finds dropped enrollments that still have an unreversed tuition charge in the ledger ("ghost balances"). Posting a reversal creates a WITHDRAWAL_ADJUSTMENT ledger entry that cancels the original charge, correcting student A/R balances. This does not affect rental fee calculations — those already exclude dropped enrollments. Any reversal can be undone from the "Reversed" tab.
